The Company will allot and issue to the Placees, 36,666,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (" Shares" ) (" Placement Shares" ) at an issue price of S$0.06 per Placement Share (" Placement Price" ), amounting to an aggregate consideration of S$2,199,960

The Placement Price represents a premium of approximately 130.77% to the volume average weighted price of the Company' s shares (" Shares" ) of S$0.026 based on trades done on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (" SGX-ST" ) on 11 July 2016, being the full market day on which the Placement Agreement was signed.
