Another weekly reminder...

tch77_pt75      ( Date: 18-Feb-2017 10:48) Posted:

1. Prior to consolidation, the share price is between $0.018 to about $0.09. After consolidation, it drops to a low of $0.078 and assuming no consolidation, it will be $0.0078.

2. This stock seems to be bearish and it surged from BELOW $0.10 to around $0.124 before the announcement on rights share. So, what will be the likelihood of the share price after the subscription of rights share at $0.10/share and what caused the recent surge for this share price? The answer is obvious. It needs to be above $0.10 because of the rights share is at $0.10/price. Thereafter, once rights share issued, it might go south again. I think there are better penny counter than this one and for those thinking of investing in this counter, it will be good to re-consider again.

Feel free to correct the facts and invest at your own risk...

Looks like the same old cycle.... issue shares to get money to operate the business shares price drop due to shares dilution consolidate to meet the Minimum price requirement drop to the current level again ( around 8 cents or maybe lower..... if no consolidation, the price should be 0.8 cents now....Ntegrator may be a safer bet!!!) cycle repeats till all retail investors get sick and tired of it :

For those who are thinking of investing in this stock, think twice.

Prior to consolidation, it used to be around 1.8 cents, then went up to around 5 to 6 cents and after consolidation, it becomes a share that is above 20 cents. But now, it has dropped to 8.8 cents. If we assumed that there isn't any consolidation, the share price will be around 0.88 cents a drop of around 50% of the share price when compared to 1.8 cents... Don't be a prey to this penny stock unless you want to burn your money! If got potential, M&A would have happen long long ago.....

Just my personal vie

The shares consolidation is a wrong move. SGX should let the market force decide. For lousy company, it will drop back to a few cents subsequently even after consolidation and this is bad for retailer investors who are holding on before and after shares consolidation. The shares just vaporized!!! Just like this stock...
