They have some nice buildings for sure.
But factoring in price, the share has had a strong run already. The DPU yield now as a result is similar to Keppel REIT and as a package (buildings/management/gearing etc) if I had to choose I would prefer Keppel.

60 would imply a lower yield than a Temasek bond...

Which pays 1% coupon only...so benefit reit in short term but at loss to OUE.
