This counter has a NAV of $0.301/share as at 31 Dec 2019. It is trading at below book value now.
Agree, results doubtful, that's why i will slowly buy in batches

Result is in next 2 weeks but you sure the result will be positibe with convid 19 lockdown btw Apr-June, their specialist clinic appointments were scale down

- CHA increased its stake in SMG in 2019 to 24%, at $0.605 per share
- Company halved its dividend in 2020 despite strong cash holdings and low leverage
- Company refreshed its share buyback mandate
- Share price seems to trend towards $0.255 despite new favorable analyst outlook
Any guess/view on whether there is a potential privatisation or takeover here?
