Great. Volume coming back.
Sell volume getting lesser and lesser
last week super low volume, hope this week can perform better....
IT is due to the previous notes that the company is done.
Once those notes are done, potentially this stock will be flying off the shelf :)

sentiment and price for this can' t get any worse..... crude now up and away, where else for Magnus to go but up up and away !
It is already at the bottom of the valley and so many vultures want to catch it but cannot reach and wish it is at higher place. Lucky there is a bottom in the valley, and it is not stupid to fulfil vultures wish to be lifted higher. Better die at the bottom of the valley or wait until its wound recover and automatically can climb again and defend against vultures.
Which is why I think they should consolidate the shares, say 100 to 1. Then market can better reflect its value and price, and enable more transactions.

Why you wanna sell, it's already at the bottom. Just hold and see what happens next year. Unless you're holding a huge amount and can't wait??

Joint investment with Yangtze Investment Partners Limited - Extension

1. EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo or the &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of Magnus Energy Group Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) refers to the Previous Announcements. The Company had on 20 August 2015 entered into a joint investment agreement (the &ldquo Agreement&rdquo ) with Yangtze Investment Partners Limited (&ldquo Yangtze&rdquo ) to invest US$1,000,000.00 (approximately S$1,400,000.00 based on the exchange rate of US$1:S$1.40) (the &ldquo Investment Amount&rdquo ). With regard to the Investment, the renewable energy company will be undergoing either a potential initial public offering or a reverse takeover. The Board wishes to announce that the Company has on 30 November 2016 agreed to a request from Yangtze to extend the date of the Agreement from the date of this announcement to 31 May 2017. The recoverability of the Investment Amount has been guaranteed by Yangtze in the Agreement. 2. UPDATE OF THE STATUS OF THE INVESTMENT The Company has been informed by Yangtze that the potential initial public offering of the Target Company on NASDAQ is underway and that the Target Company is conducting a second round of funding exercise with potential investors from China and Japan which will further enhance the value of the Target Company. 3. Everyone who buys micro pennies knows the risk of losing your money, this counter is no exception. However, in the event this company turns itself around, you will get sizeable returns as well. I'm betting on an o&g sector recovery and am vested in this.
