Sorry for the mis quote. The residue cash of $0.025 per share is incorrect. It was extracted from a fellow member's computation from another forum.
The actual amount of residual cash is HK$11.2 mil (from circular).
But there is a moratorium on substantial shareholder share sale :
"agreeing to observe a moratorium on the transfer or disposal of their respective interests, direct and indirect, in the Company, commencing from the date of the SGM and continuing up to and including the completion date of the acquisition of a new business by the Company which is able to satisfy the SGX-ST?s requirements for a new listing"

The company can always inject new business into the company, I am ready to pass a big international project to the company if it is in line with the management thoughts and with all the supports of the members here.

For info, after payment of 10.3 cts dividend there is still a residual cash value of about 2.5 cts per share.

No point buying. After the 10.3cts dividend is distributed, this is essentially a shell company waiting to be delisted. Right now the price is way above 10.3cts which means it probably can only go lower and lower...

I got the full amount. Check the date that you purchased your shares. The shares should be bought before XD.

How come the dividend is $0,04/share, but I didn' t get the full amount? Anyone can advise?

The sum of the parts would be greater than the whole.
Let' s see what value (if any) the major shareholder (79%) can add for himself and the others after all the payouts.
Theoretically the share should trade about $0.013 after ex all div of $0.143.
But in practice, the first sentence usually holds true :)
I out of this counter with more profit than I hope for :D
