Sgx is hind sighted ie loss making keep getting them into watchlist, delist, etc. Where else SEA listed in usa even heavy losses year after year prices still keep shooting up yet awarded a digital banking licence. Lucky Forrest Li didn' t list here otherwise SEA will be 0.001/0.002! Must sack all Sgx staff for their hindsightness.

Wo! Just read the announcement from 26 November. Offtake agreement with Sinosteel AND $25mn in financing. THis is enough to go into full production and is non-dilutive. Huge news or am I going mad?

everyday no activity listing cost $$$ better suspend until start mining.
Sad to Q that Nothing solid after all. 4(e) Without commencing with the pilot production and completing a feasibility study, the Board is unable to conclude definitively whether the mine will be commercially viable. Notwithstanding the above, based on information currently available to the Board, the Board is of the opinion that the Rare Earth Project can enable to Company to generate sufficient operating cash flows and profits and enable the Company to operate as a going concern

What sort of corp actions? Now want to raise funds via issuing of new shares of 979,000,000 for ard $2,842,000 ard 0.003. Who in the right mind will want to subscribe to it as present market price is 0.002/0.003. Since CT took over, this counter has been sent to the cold room!
