All other sectors have rallied......except oil n gas............ so funds are rebalancing their portfolio in favor of O& G for a recovery play or cyclical play.
Supported by funds. Recent Us stock rally. Cannot get out. Price will fall a lot. So they supported, act as if nothibg happen.

The price of o&g counters have not dropped a lot yet. Hmmm
Everyone needs a reality check now and then. The market is still rebalancing and very fragile now. OPEC will be reminded how the market will punish them if they dont stick to their promised cuts. Shale producers will be reminded not to be too ambitious and overly ramp up production.
I am in oil and gas industry. The main reason is because all the oil producing countries and companies are greedy. Unless all cut production at the same time, there won't be chance to go above 60. Shale production will continue at 50-55. And will increase even more if it goes above 60. So is really a fierce fight between all the oil companies s and countries. Previously OPEC thot don't cut production these shakes producers will die. But instead they survive. And when they agreed to cut, shakes production increases. Human being are greedy. As Long no as no major bankrupt people won't learn their lesson. This occur in shipping 8-9 years ago. Till now haven't recover.
