Market is currently valuing this F & B Gem at less than $900 mil. Much much less than Super Group $1.45 bil.
It is a Regional F & B Growth Stock Gem.

There is One F & B Gem, undervalued, PE less than 15, backed by strong assets, and have recognisable established brand names stronger than Super brandname.
I cannot openly say which counter, as I cannot sabo my whatapps retailers group who are in accumulating mode for this specific counter.
When they venture into big Indonesian markets, that's a big potential growth plans.

And when Dutch coffee and tea firm Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) paying All Cash to acquire Super Group in a deal valuing Super at S$1.45 billion,
you know there is a lot of " hidden value" in some of the well known established brands of some really good quality listed F & B counters here.

Next week is  " F & B" Week.
It depends on how they value Kimly in terms of PE Ratio and Price/Book Value Ratio.
A lot of good quailty F & B counters will therefore be deemed " grossly Under-Valued" in relation to Kimly IPO Debut Valuation.
Kimly may rise +10%, +20%, + 25% ....we shall see while existing good quality F & B counters will up + 3%, +5%.....
Today, I have spread some long positions on a few quality F & B counters.
Next Week is F & B Week.

Shiok. Got 2 lot at  ipo and sold for 0.555 this morning.
Based on the current PE ratio, Year 2045 then can see your investment "break even".
By then, Kimly will have how many coffeeshops ?
They are not backed by strong assets like their own kopi tiams.

Stock market is not so simple and easy as it seems. Behind the scene, there are a lot of hands doing this (big boys) and if one is not aware, one can get bashed big time since retail investors are dealing with these big boys who are the actual ones to move share prices. One must remember that these big boys (institutional investors and other professionals with big money) want to make money, so they will operate cleverly and they have added advantage of having larger capital to play than us.
So if they make money on the movement of share prices, then someone must have lost money from the movement of share prices. So, be careful not to be the one who ends up losing money and do not know why when one chase up share prices on greed (buying over from big boys at expensive prices) and sell cheaply on fear (selling back to big boys who accumulate at cheap prices).

The price cannot go any higher than a certain limit since BBs are not going to push any much higher. They are not stupid as they know the initial public tranche is very small to support the price to go on be higher and higher. What they are doing now is to slowly distribute and sell out their shares at current share price range to the unsuspecting retail buyers. They have no worry of the share price going lower than this range as they already hold at even lower prices. So, they could even buy back at lower prices after they have sold down heavily in the weeks and months ahead to realise their gains. Then if they are interested, they can redo this again to push up the share prices and make another round of gain to clear out more of their stocks.

At 25 cents , IPO, they so "stingyly" allicate so little to public retail investors. And now they expect retailers to buy from them at above 40 cts ?
Be smart.

Do remember that it is even almost impossible for short term traders to make 100% profit trading shares in near term unless he takes on very high risk penny stocks. So, if I had subscribed for Kimly' s shares, to make even 100% profit within just one or two months is already a great achievement no matter how small my capital.

Actually for an ipo to perform well, the choice of a good sponsor/underwritter play an extremely important role.
Fully agreed, even for a stock to run up 30% thats considered quite an acheivement already, not everyday u see counters flying by that quantum. But once a bluemoon there will be some cefc, nat cool n serrano for u to enjoy the ride up. Other than that, if can acheive 30% on a consistent basis, u literally can make a living out of trading stocks.
