How to pay off recurring interest when they are not even making any  net profit? Let it slowly snowball or issue rights again.

Those invested in Iskandar and Danga Bay properties already sitting on exhange rate lost. A very clever trap well-planned   by the big boys.

seeing more support, as it gets lower 0.08 range like I said. But, the selling pressure is still there, BBs or directors still unloading. Should be hitting lower end of 0.08 soon.

I like the word time to scoop up Rowsley shares..... ha ha ha nice word scoop but dont get burn during scooping
I find Rowsley Chairman Ng Ser Miang 很 可 怜 。
He director of Yanlord so long, when Yanlord below $1 , he also never buy. Now Yanlord $1.90.
He Rowsley Chairman buy Rowsley @ 10.5 cents a Share (2 million shares), now Rowsley 8.9 cents. Mr Ng losing money.
I mean, he is such a nice guy such a gentleman.
真 的 是 : 人 善 被 人 欺

Once price reaches above 0.115, this Rowsley will become Hot Cakes .
All those looking at the TA Charts even beginners know will be upward trend from then on.
As it is very eaay for BBs to do it. It is only a question of they want or dont want to do it only.

China overtakes Singapore as top property investor in Malaysia

UPDATED:  5:20 AM, MARCH 28, 2017

SINGAPORE &mdash China has, in the past two years, overtaken Singapore to become the top foreign investor in the Malaysian real estate market, drawn by large-scale projects such as Iskandar in Johor and Bandar Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur.

From 2014 to 2016, Chinese companies, mainly developers, invested an estimated S$2.6 billion in Malaysia, compared to Singapore&rsquo s S$1.6 billion, a report by property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield said on Monday (March 27). At the height of Iskandar&rsquo s development boom in 2013, the Chinese committed about S$2.7 billion, it noted.
Ms Sigrid Zialcita, managing director, Asia Pacific Research at Cushman & Wakefield, said: &ldquo Boosted by the proximity to Singapore, development opportunities in Iskandar have been a favoured destination for Chinese capital in the emerging market space. In the last three years, Chinese investors also accounted for 46 per cent of real estate investments in the country and were involved in some of the largest land transactions in the country.

&ldquo While the variety of options in a globalised real estate market, as well as a desire to diversify, could have shifted Singapore investments, there is no denying that this is similar to what has been seen around the world &mdash Chinese capital is shaking up the marketplace. However, since last year, there has been a notable shift of Chinese investments into economic projects that will deliver longer-term benefits to the Malaysian economy,&rdquo she added.
China Railway, with Johor-based Iskandar Waterfront Holdings, jointly acquired a 60 per cent stake in the Bandar Malaysia project from state-owned 1Malaysia Development Berhad for S$2.3 billion in one of the country&rsquo s largest land transactions.
Touted to be the world&rsquo s largest underground city, the project includes residential and commercial complexes and will serve as Kuala Lumpur&rsquo s gateway for the high speed rail line to Singapore.
Besides China Railway, a number of Chinese multinational companies will also base their regional operations in Malaysia. Huawei Technologies late last year opened its regional headquarters in the Malaysian capital while e-commerce giant Alibaba Group has also reportedly planned to set up a regional distribution hub within KLIA Aeropolis as well as a logistics centre in Iskandar.
&ldquo Significant investments from Chinese companies have filled a crucial link in fuelling Malaysia&rsquo s economic vision,&rsquo &rsquo said Ms Zialcita. &lsquo &lsquo The Malaysian government, since 2010, has unveiled several initiatives to propel the country up the income ladder.
&lsquo &lsquo These projects will continue to lend viability to future plans as it develops critical infrastructure and foster commercial activities. We expect real estate values to benefit from the government&rsquo s sustained efforts to raise the level of economic development and income in the country.&rsquo &rsquo
Meanwhile, the number of Chinese nationals moving to Malaysia has been picking up in what the South China Morning Post called the &ldquo third wave&rdquo of Chinese migration to the country.
The newspaper reported at the weekend that almost 8,000 Chinese nationals emigrated to Malaysia from 2002 to 2016 under the Malaysia My Second Home programme, accounting for about a quarter of almost 32,000 foreigners granted residency under the scheme.

On the basis it has bottomed out.
Rowsley Chairman bought 2 mil shares at 0.105 says a lot. His confidence as Chairman of the group.
You know Geo Energy ? Big names Jim Rogers also. Geo Energy at its peak was above 60 cents. Then bottomed out around + / - 10 cents. After bottoming out, gradually it moves up to 12 cents, then 15 cents, then 20 cents, then 28 cents, now about 35 cents.
Have some confidence, at least Gary Neville is working very very hard. I can't say for the rest. If Rowsley had hired a better CEO a few years back, maybe they will not have wasted so much time.
Good Management very important. E.g. Mr Zong of Yanlord is superb businessman cum CEO. Planner, Strategist, Do-er.
I see these traits in Gary Neville.
They have big plans for Hotel Football. They just need to be more creative and more enterprising. If they strategize it well, Hotel Football "Global Chain" may take off. Maybe a good Chinese Partner will catalyze these . I envision Hotel Football Chain all over China, Europe and maybe Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam.

So, let's provoke...oops sorrie....promote more : )
If man on the street with a good business proposal knocks on the door of those China " Financiers" and asked for partnerships, chances of success are est 30% .
But when someone like Gary Neville with a global reputation brings a similar business proposal and talk to the "China Financiers", chances of successs : 70% to 100%.
