This company very stingy revalued so many properties still said need money to expand, no money more to give shareholders?

Can we all move to the Tuan Sing $1 thread.  Privatise@50 cents is like jinx.

 

Look like Tuan Sing recover from yesterday sell down... All the way to $0.60...

 

I think the easing of COVID restriction this coming Monday will be good for overall STI counters today including Tuan Sing.

No worry, let the contra get out 1st... 1H21 result proposed to be released on 6 Aug.... Less than 1 mth to go..
I think other than reporting the surge of the profit.. which we already know. 
1) Might have potential special dividend coming? 
2) Should have news on Yonghua and Wens Capital on the completion of the 13% stake transaction, and possible some update on the listing
3) Maybe some good news on the Opus Bay sales progress?

Perhap DBS will revise their target price after the result release and issue a buy call... Many many price catalyst.
Retailer will come back one... 

 

Maybe retailers not interested in Tuan Sing anymore.
