Iskandar project is really beyond Rowley' s. It requires both sides of the government' s intervention.
Toll charges matter to many potential home buyers. Unfortunately, both governments refuse to back down.
Imagine this, if there isn' t any toll charge or if the toll charge is cheap, below SGD5.00 for eg, and if the causeway and 2nd link is clear to vehicle traffic, there would be a surge in property buyers in JB. Work in Singapore, live in JB. Sounds good? Unfortunately, at present, it' s not gonna happen.

The company needs some serious restructuring, especially the management. This might visit $0.07 or $0.05 based on market sentiment. If not for the bullish market sentiment, rowsley would be a goner already.

A lot of buyers popping out since they hit the 0.08 region. Bullish candle for today, might see reversal if it is able to hold. Selling pressure seems to have eased a abit.
You are right about the market depth for this stock which is looking weird......3+ times more buyers than sellers but movements are very limited. The other way of looking at this.....there is totally no interest for Rowsley from the retailers after kena screwed wholesale by the BB here over the years.

this i agree, end of the day, yuuzoo has nothing tangible, the freefall spiral could be fast and furious. whereas rowsley has some form of " bottom" but of course DYODD

I bought it when it was crossing 0.2. Cut at 0.160+. Heartpain. Now I feel so Glad to have done that decision

Result is the worst of all time, and might not recover for another few quarters. Hopefully Mgmt can do something about it. I cutloss at last year, otherwise will be a holes.

Did anyone go to the AGM? anything to share?
Alliance is loss-making since IPO + when the price of tantalum drop was the reason it went down to 5c,
it only reverses up when Alliance announce the diversification into lithium but till todate still loss-making.
while Spackman only reverses up because The Last Princess (2016) follow by Master (2017) was a box-office hit,
despite their 2 recent box-office hit, the group is still loss-making.
Take note, not all profit making co. is a guarantee that the px will not sink.

After I made that post yesterday, today dropped as much as 17%.
That Golden_SGX still have balls to tell people that Yuuzoo is good. If so really good, he should go take up loans and mortgage his house to buy Yuuzoo, push Yuuzoo to $0.14 himself!
