In some aspects, Google is like a Crown Jewel tenant. If you are good enough for Google, you are probably good enough for other Tech and FinTech players.

Well Well - They have indeed gotten Googled.... how does this now change things and the prospective DPU, valuation and projections?  As per SGX below.  Today price was muted.

Ltd. (&ldquo Google&rdquo ) for the latter to lease space at Alexandra Technopark (the &ldquo Property&rdquo )."

Indeed, after it dropped as low as 1.4 yesterday, I was scratching my head and trawled the internet for any announcements/rumors/bad news. But i could not find any.

 

Quite disgusting - bashed down and then pushed up. Wonder who is moving this..

Any reason for today sell down? Bad news on Google lease?

 

Hi :)

Is there any idea or speculation as to  when

i) The HP lease at the Alexandra TechnoPark will be shopped by new tenants?  Is there a prospective tenant in mind at all, or is this at sea, or is this on hold till refurnishment is completed?

ii) Is the UK acquisition, and the issue of units, as a way to source a change in the debt / equity ratio?
OR  is it purely a geographical play? Prospects in the U.K. post Brexit are not clear at all. Latest news is that property in the U.K. is taking it a bit on the chin?         

Thoughts?

The MACD is crossing into positive territory soon, very soon. Bullish chart signal. 

 

Fraser Commercial Trust at current price is yielding more than 7%, and with the Alexandra TechnoPark undergoing Asset Enhancement Initiative, it will reopen with higher psf rental revision, more in line with neighboring commercial spaces. The Edge has a coverage on Fraser Commercial Trust in its latest issue. Technical upside target $1.42. Buy while it is still on a flatline.
