Part 15 &ndash Market Correction? Inflation? What should I do?

When the US market Turns Red, I immediately check where the money goes too.
I took many screen shots of  Market heat Sector in S& P500 through out the trading time and found a key important point! Which I will explain later.
Is the economy recovering?
-Vaccine is working!
-The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter.
2) Treasury Bonds
 
During March 2020, the Bonds was at the highest because there is a need to battle Covid Economy Damage.
Now February 2021, the bonds are returning to pre-Covid Stage as signs of economy is going back to normal.

After knowing the above fact, the market is going for a swing up and down.
The Smart Money is moving! The General Consensus are market is moving back to pre-covid era. Airlines/ Gas/ Hotels/ Entertainment / Reits / Construction.
I am not going to explain about other stock but HPHT.
Is HPHT going to benefit from the economy recovery?
Hybrid Stock at its best position. Why?
Port business going to get busier. Having port business is like collecting rent. While there are office reits / industrial reits having major revamps and not being able to collect rents. Many companies are still doing their Work from Home and considering possibility of work from home in future.
While HPHT IS collecting is rents like nobody&rsquo s business &ldquo PORT BUSINESS is THE Rent&rdquo There no such thing as work from home in this PORT. Is just Double/Triple Shift to cope with demand.
Property that HPHT holds get more valuable with inflation and higher interest rate. The property you own today worth $1m today, because of inflation, it is going to be worth more as times goes on. However, not all property price is going to rocket up, is only property that has &ldquo GOOD Rent in the future&rdquo will be more valuable. Let&rsquo s say you have a property that is god damn expensive but no body rent, what&rsquo s the point? HPHT rental is going to become more expensive. RCEP is going to push it better. Current volume isn&rsquo t stopping.
One May argue that Western countries are recovering, and they will not buy from China so demand will drop. Yes, the demand will drop when their factories recover. However, there will be a new norm such as two Supply Chain Management to ensure no disruption to their supplies. It will be maintained, and some demand will stay and that&rsquo s most important. Remember HPHT is unable to cope with the volume surge, meaning it may be running at 120% overclocking its capacity, it would be best to run 95-100% capacity to ensure optimized profit.
If the price dips, Just buy the dip and hold it to enjoy the fruits of success in 6 &ndash 12 months.
It will be breaking records every month which I will update diligently.

Do not think they it is for HPHT. SPACs purpose  is to invest in non-listed entity. And if he wants to take over HPH, he doesnt need anybody help. is spare change to superman.

Me too, those I intend to locked up are in SGD, those that I trade frequently is in USD because the buy sell is faster, but the exchange lost is a headache to manange and my broker exchange rate sucks, a lot of my USD share I bought is in 1.33 1.34 😅

It' s bcos all dividends are for my expenditures.
And all my dividends and stocks here are in SGD. 
So I don' t want to complicate things by having holdings and dividends in both SGD and USD. 
Esp when I want to add some SGD stocks but the money I have is in USD and vice versa.
Better and simple to keep it clean and straight-forward, everything in SGD.

looking at the stats for yesterday, the shorts they are still stubborn
if loss-making and cash burning SIA shares in a recovery mode backed by TH are trending north without dividends,
shld not keep harping on the history of this recovering and cash churning Port trust backed by Superman' s dividends

Sh*ts, I couldn' t find the SGD version in the DBSV portal that' s why I never buy this counter. 
I had wanted to buy this for longterm dividends since 2 years ago.    I don' t want to hold USD stock.
When I searched using the stock name, there is no result.
But now I went internet to search for the stock code then input into DBSV and it appears.
Lousy platform..

It' s more like market rerationized....all the growth stocks and tech stocks in big sell off...and all the beaten down brick and mortal stocks will see the day light...it happened in USX and HKE....SGX will follw...hopefully
