The Board of Directors of Vividthree Holdings Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to notify that mm2 Asia Ltd. (&ldquo mm2&rdquo ), a controlling shareholder of the Company, had on 28 May 2025 announced that it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Hildrics Asia Growth Fund VCC (acting on behalf of Hildrics Asia Media & Entertainment Fund) to dispose of 97,553,226 ordinary shares (&ldquo Sale Shares&rdquo ) of the Company, representing approximately 21.02% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Company (the &ldquo Proposed Disposal&rdquo ). The consideration for the Proposed Disposal is S$0.01734 per Sale Share, amounting to an aggregate of S$1,691,572.94. The Proposed Disposal is subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA including, but not limited to, approval from shareholders of mm2 having been obtained with respect to the Proposed Disposal.

Vividthree Holdings appoints UOBKH as new continuing sponsor
Vividthree Holdings has appointed UOB Kay Hian Private Limited (UOBKH) as its continuing sponsor, with effect from Oct 9.
UOBKH is set to replace the group&rsquo s current continuing sponsor, RHT Capital.
With the new appointment, the group also expresses its appreciation to RHT Capital for its past guidance and sponsorship.
because they are not making money.. what i see is there are alot of events coming up in SE Asia.. if only they can pounce on the opportunities and make a bang out of it.. look at the number of concerts in SG alone.. and the price currenltly is a extremely godo price to enter

Vividthree announces JV to launch &lsquo automated, family-friendly karaoke chain&rsquo
Catalist-listed Vividthree Holdings OMK 4% has announced a joint venture (JV) with private company KStar Management to develop and operate a new brand of &ldquo automated, family-friendly karaoke lounges&rdquo .
According to an Aug 23 bourse filing, the new JV is named K.Space. Vividthree will hold a 55% stake in the joint venture while KStar, a Singapore-incorporated owner and operator of themed karaoke bars in Singapore, will own the remaining 45%.
The first location is expected to open in the west of Singapore in 4Q2024.
Vividthree co-founder and CEO Charles Yeo says: &ldquo We are very excited to partner with KStar, who has revolutionised the concept of karaoke in Singapore. They are a young company with fresh ideas to create a healthy outlet for entertainment and leisure. Together, we are reimagining the ultimate entertainment destination for families and friends, with innovative and engaging music-related leisure activities to make forever memories.&rdquo
Rain Li, owner of KStar, says: &ldquo We are thrilled to join Charles and the team on this joint venture.
