Surely ESR Cayman and the major shareholders know what they are doing right? Or else they won' t be adding millions at 0,39 to 0.41 already.
Those things you mentioned were just your own thoughts and if you really so worried, why not email to ESR LOGOS and ask them for their explanation. If those were real concerns, why don' t the major shareholders sell but instead add more?
I thought ESR LOGOS already explained about the short land lease in their AUM and also annual report?
If these weak hands and gamblers were to sell lower, I will grab more as the yield will be super high then.

That' s the reason I bought in more yesterday. Furthermore the big shareholders also each added millions of shares at 0.39 to 0.41 in April 2022. Surely they will know that now is very undervalued and got a lot of potential to rise further.

Wow wow!!! All the tokkong threads on powerful ESR Logos have disappeared!!
I am sure the hawkers have a hand in it. Real losers, can' t even take on our arguments....
First they championed so hard to stop the merger, now they trying very hard to talk down the stock. They throw in short leases fear factor, they highlighted on management and owners tactics, then drill in hard on the gearing ratios, and when alll these failed, they brought in about some sshs selling (some were not even sakes, just portfolio adjustments and repositioning), totally ignoring those sshs buying, real buys! But best is they get the admin to delete all these threads in which they lost their arguments. Real losers !!
but I don' t care about the threads being deleted, I will keep bringing out news and views that are out there in the market, black or white ,
And one thing for sure... I carried out two predictions from the coffee shops in the old threads about ERSLogos. ..... once these threads in which the coffee shop uncles make the predictions were deleted, I am 100% confident they will come true!

Watch closely the impact of Viva short remaining land lease properties, especially BizPark@chai Chee, on ESR-LOGOS NAV.

Strange, why the old ESR REIT chat gone already?
Added some at 0,375 yesterday, at this price and assume the div don' t change at 0.00723 per quarter or 0.02892 per annual, the yield comes to more than 7.7%, much better than putting in banks or bonds. Furthermore, which the price so cheap, their is further upside and capital gains. when the div increase, the price will naturally follow.
Let those who cannot wait and wanted instant gradification sell, we long term investors wait patiently for this gem to grow.

Their added price is approx. from 0.39 to 0.41 based on that day closing price.

Top 5 shareholders had been adding millions of ESR-LOGOS shares in April, thus I think they know that now the price is very cheap and had long runway to go, else these top shareholders will not be adding into ESR-LOGOS shares already.
