Just sharing, anyway shipment from Neometals is priced at US$791/t in Q1, down from US$930/t in Q4 2018.

18,000t from 2018 production was sold at USD880/t. Shipment was in Jan 2019. Production cost was around USD824/t then.
23,000t shipping in Feb 2019, however sale price is under new retructured marketing pricing mechanism, between USD680 - 1080/t (lower & upper limits). Offtake committed min 80,000, max 100,000t in 2019.
Project 2019 production is 180,000t at USD585/t. These are just forecasts, subject to actual productions. So the crux issues are
1) can they find buyers for balance 80,000t for 2019, at what price?
2) can they deliver on the production numbers and manage the costs?
I will be watching as it is still early days for production to stabilise and numbers be accurate. So its possible that they will still be in the red for coming qtrs. |

With regards to reference to LionGold, that is a non parallel comparison as this co is shipping actual products already.
I?m not inducing buy or sell call but advocating responsible posting. Yes everyone can post whatever they like but baseless rumour is just as irresponsible as throwing nails on the road.

If what u said is true, then the Jan prod record was indeed a record loss.
Hard to believe what u said is correct, as many chased up on record news from 16c on 1 feb to 21.5c. There was even a bullish analyst article target price to 45c, posted by Ssmall.
Don' t tell me they were misled by the news?
Or are they the typical contra buyers who were trapped again and again by the usual shorties pumpers?
Almost got trapped too, but afraid of the usual shorties tactics.
