The Board of Directors of Prime US REIT Management Pte. Ltd. (the " Manager" ), as Manager of Prime US REIT wishes to announce that Prime US REIT' s unaudited financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 will be released after the close of trading on Wednesday, 11 February 2026.

creeping up. its time is coming. still got chance to load up before it blasts off. Even if FED does not cut this week, its certain they will cut this year.
2 cuts in itself is positive but the context is important - why will there be two cuts? Is it because Trump has destroyed the independence of the Fed, or because the economy is seriously tanking? Both could be net negative even with the cuts.
some analysts are forecasting 2 cuts in first half 2026. If these pan out then this will zoom. ITs only a matter of time but this will soon be .25-.3 range, infact more near to .3 than .25. fingers crossed.
Friday all back to office. Must be full liao 🤔

I think its gor resistence at .205/.21. And it got support at .195. It has been in this range for long. So lot of accumulation happening. If left bullets then this is a good price to buy and keep accumulating. Once it breaks resistance it will easily go .25 and then onward to .3. Its not a question of IF, but now its a question of WHEN. I expected it to be in the .25-.3 range by the year end. But it did not happen. So now wait for year end results and bumper dividends to drive this up as next catalysts.

Yes JAMM is right , I already receive the latest payment 2-3 weeks back. And all along it didn?t stop payment at all. It?s only KORE and MUST that stopped

It already did resume dividends. It only pays out twice a year anyways. Expect the next one to be in 2026 as year end dividend for 2025. And it will be significant dividend yield based on current price. hopefulyl before then it has jumed to around .27-.3 range and still div yiled woudl be high and there would also be significant capital appreciation by then. Moreover Trump has already signalled the next Fed chairman is selected, and whoever comes in is expected t cut interest rates aggresively.
I think only when it resumes dividends, then there will be more buyers.
