SIA will be announcing its full year financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026 on Thursday, 14 May 2026, after trading hours.
What percent of it do they hedge? I don' t think it is close to 100%.
Flights from UAE / Qatar etc. Cancelled.
Anyway - the market speaks for itself

Have they changed their hedging department.
Isnt that what cost them before , they hedged about 10% only of their fuel purchasing and got taken to the cleaners last time the Oil price spiked.

Make sense, u dont want a stray missile to hit the airplane - consequences will be disastrous
Furthermore, fuel is one of the largest cost components, a spike in oil sprice directly squeezes margins.
