The Group' s revenue for the 12 months ened 31 March 2022 (" YTD2021/22" ) was $38,949,000 compared to $33,145,000 for the 12 months ended 31 March 2021 (" YTD2020/21" ). The increase in revenue was mainly due to increase in customer base and more orders in seafood, meat, fresh fruits and sheep milk powder offset by decrease in sales to related parties. The sales to Yiguo for YTD2021/22 were 0.2% of the revenue compared to 10.3% of the revenue for YTD2020/21.

China gov always makes me feel harder to catch.
On one hand say food supply enough for entire population, no need any import.
then there are news like trying to buy US farmland, agreement on soyameal deal etc.
seems to me like sufficient only in infrastructual level but raw material might pose a problem.
on the other hand could be for stockpile which they always do.
Interestingly there are news on probe for Pizza Hut China for fake expire date...
anyway these are sidetrack, jus sharing my reading

First thing I see the news, first thing comes to mind is jialut.
Quickly went thru the report, looks quite bad for conso at year lvl but if you break it up,
1H was bad, Q3 and Q4 was quite stable, with lose slightly above 100k i think.
Nevertheless, the JV in the Meat industry started to bing in revenue, without Yiguo
revenue still stood slightly higher than last year. Company can improve in
cost cutting (economic of scales) and monetised on the increasing ASP in the food industry.
addition 100+k dollars should be hard to acheive, i believe SMF can breakeven / profit moving on.
