they offer free shop. those with cash pay full amount, after 1 year, developer pay10% back, so on until year 10 fullt pay back the initial sum buyer pay.
all property tranfer done. no loose for buyer just developer making used of their cash as loan
since hard to get more cash from bank.
so developer need to be creative to get around the problem and lower the number of development.
other way to get land also.
