The Board of Directors (the " Board" ) of Singapore Medical Group Limited (the " Company" ) refers to the announcements released by the Company on 18 December 2020, 18 January 2021, 18 February 2021 and 19 March 2021 (the &ldquo Announcements&rdquo ). The Board wishes to announce that the company and the third party mentioned in the Announcements have decided not to proceed with further exploration of the transaction at this stage. The Board would like to reiterate that it continues to explore various avenues to enhance shareholder value, including possible corporate actions that can unlock value for shareholders. Any material developments on future corporate actions will be announced to shareholders accordingly via SGXNet.

Heng run at 0.385
either no deal or poor deal. between the 2, i prefer no deal. my intrinsic model using combo of free cashflow, net income and book value actually show 0.39. project super was just the icing on the cake and not the cake itself.
will look to collect more tomorrow.
Likely what news ?....price dropped before halt.

Bro, not shortists i think. Likely those with ears on the deal, which is likely to be off. Anyway announcement coming. Halt.
For both of us who already have stock, not much we can do, just wait for announcement. Was sitting at 10+% gain at 39. Haiz. But i treat this as a bet, so expect to lose if no deal.
But this stock can be a recovery play lol
