Smart $ is beginning to notice the growing potential of HGH' s Premium Concrete business.

HGH Holdings Ltd had on 19 March 2026, entered into a share purchase agreement with Mr Lim Kui Teng 
for the disposal of 20% of the total issued and
paid-up share capital of Premium Concrete for an aggregate consideration of
S$2,400,000.

Mr Lim is the founder of Chuan Lim Construction Pte. Ltd. The principal activities of Chuan Lim
include general building, civil engineering, (single grade) demolition, interior decoration and
finishing works, cable and pipe laying and road reinstatement.

Chuan Lim Construction Pte Ltd is in turn a subsidiary of HK listed Chuan Holdings where Mr Lim holds a 53.11 %

The Proposed Disposal is in the best interest of the Company as it is
expected to strengthen the strategic relationship with Chuan Lim, which is currently both a
customer and supplier of Premium Concrete. The Proposal Disposal is expected to create
operational and commercial synergies, including continued truck maintenance and repair services,
ongoing supply of raw materials and collection of sludge, and continued concrete supply to Chuan
Lim&rsquo s projects. 

In addition, the Proposed Disposal is expected to allow the Premium Concrete to
tap into Chuan Lim&rsquo s network of earthwork, building, and infrastructure contractors, as well as
explore opportunities arising from Chuan Lim&rsquo s involvement in property development and the
dormitory business.


NTA per Share expected to increase from $0.0288 to S0.0304.

  Chuan  Holdings (1420.HK):  A leader in earthworks,  Chuan  saw its profit grow 160% to S$6.2 million in 1HFY25 as it continues to build on a  S$453 million  order book as at end-June 2025.

Like its peers,  Chuan&rsquo s gross profit margin has been rising (likely with the end of projects hit by a surge in costs during and post-pandemic) to hit  19.1%  in 1HFY25, up from 10.9% in 1HFY24.

The cement mixing plant should be doing very well, the  factory efficiency should continue to improve. Furthermore, the construction industry is very strong.........
Only problem is, the cost may be getting higher due to high fuel prices.......
HGH should be in very positive for strong growth in next few years......
Well...... let the market decides the correct price.

i think going to break 15 very soon .......stone age coming.......btw anybody attending the AGM ???? maybe can ask them about that is the project value currently that is secure .... to raise the investor confident....
