MC Payment aims to provide convenience, scalability to businesses

FOR digital payments services firm MC Payment, its goal is to become a leading digital payments player in South-east Asia. And in doing so, it hopes to help small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) scale up.
Speaking to The Business Times, Anthony Koh, chief executive of MC Payment, said that the four regional payment licences the company has are what differentiates it from other players in the industry. The company is currently licensed in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.
This means that with MC Payment' s platform, merchants in Thailand, for instance, can accept PayNow as a mode of payment from Singapore customers. This is in addition to other local and international payment methods the same platform can also receive. Thus, merchants would not have to work with different providers to accept various payment methods.
" We are a new breed of digital payments player," said Mr Koh, adding that the " cross border licences" have provided the company with a " first-mover advantage"

I think this has to wait until the 16m placement shares are allocated/taken up.
At this point, you probably see that the price is still being managed to fall within a certain range, not allowing it to fly or sink. Same before consolidation.

Got 20lots. Im prepared for rights issue as i think it needs more cash. The private loan from owner to company is 10%pa. I can give them $300k loan at 7% pa 🤣
