27th april is AGM. 30th april is record date. so the shares should be in accounts soon enough. I think the date for credit wont be very long after 30th april.

i think all the new extra shares have now been factored in. Before the CB conversion the new bonus shares were about 95M. After the CB conversion the new bonus share issued are 99M. So 4M new shares for approx 16M shares from CB converson. The record date for the new bonus shares is 30th april.
all in all it means that the selling presure from the CB conversion shares will not happen before the bonus shares are issued to all of us.

Wait for another annaoucement of 250-300m new order , will coss Billion mark.
Compamy very conservative but very strong and smooth sailing, their best
dicision is to accuquired Guthrie Engrg which have track record on major developmemnt MBS, Changio Jewel
and MRT Lines.
The 17M shares should be listed this morning, according to the notice on SGX. Not next week.

Why you said that target ? The CB conversion price 29c , immediately can profit about 70c ?

This week the 17M new shares at conversion price of 29c can be traded at market ....instantly profit of about 70c think he may unload them.....

Just curious, wouldn't the analyses that KGI and Philip made to conclude the TP of $1.28 and $1.05 be taking into account of this?
