Why Tat Hong today buy so little 485000 lots at 55c only ? don' t want to declare unconditional har ?...extend again ?

As stated in 2.7 (b) of the Offer Document:

(b) Offer to Remain Open for 14 Days after Being Declared Unconditional as to Acceptances
Pursuant to Rule 22.6 of the Code, if the Offer becomes or is declared to be unconditional as to acceptances, the Offer will remain open for acceptance for not less than 14 days after the date on which it would otherwise have closed, in order to give those Shareholders who have not accepted the Offer the opportunity to do so.

From now till Fri they just swallow everything at .55 can liao!
