If 1.44 can hold, still got hope. Else, 1.20 very likely. Who down grade, can share.

I would love to see it revisit the $1.52 level, but I doubt Heliconia (Temasek-backed) would be comfortable watching it free-fall to that extent ...unless Jefferies has no magic left up its sleeve and is unable to provide a confidence boost to the market.
It' s a pity that today' s strength in AEM did not spill over to CSE. Under normal circumstances, one could have expected CSE to challenge the $1.70 level alongside the positive sentiment in the AI and infrastructure space.
That said, the market is currently focused on the ongoing shareholder dispute. Once this noise dies down and investors refocus on fundamentals, the stock could very well rise like a phoenix from the ashes.
My view is that all parties ultimately want the company to succeed. However, when you are dealing with a quality company with a strong balance sheet, growing order book and strategic exposure to the US infrastructure, electrification and AI themes, differing agendas can emerge. Some may favour long-term value creation, while others may have different priorities.
Looking further ahead, CSE remains a company with several strategic possibilities, whether through a corporate buyout, strategic investment, or even a potential Nasdaq dual-listing if management chooses to pursue a broader capital market profile. For now, patience is required while the market works through the current uncertainties.

wait for 1.53
It does feel like a battle between long-term institutional investors and short sellers at these price levels.
You are right that this zone has attracted buying support, and I hope those who accumulated here managed to get some good entries. Fundamentally, CSE remains a solid company with a healthy order book and meaningful exposure to the US infrastructure and AI ecosystem, where its engineering and electrification expertise are increasingly relevant.
For investors with conviction, accumulating gradually on weakness may be worth considering while awaiting the next update from Jefferies. Hopefully, the upcoming developments will provide further clarity and act as a positive catalyst for the stock.
As for the differences in views involving the controlling shareholder, such situations are not uncommon in listed companies. The key point is that the core management team remains intact and continues to execute on the business strategy. Unless there is a departure of key executives such as the CEO or a material deterioration in operations, the underlying investment thesis remains largely unchanged.
In the meantime, patience may be required while the market digests the recent developments.

Perhaps the recent weakness in share price could be attributed to the internal conflict.
Prudent not to reveal the details of the differences to avoid a negative impact on the share price

One of the directors resigned due to " differences of opinion" with the controlling shareholder.
The company should have given more details of the nature of " differences" .
