SGX should ensure a fair price for any privatisation especially they could at one time or another sucks public funds.

but beware that they may offer half the NAV.. its my own personal opinion and trade.. so DYODD..
there was a sell down end of last year to 0.103.. if go down to that level i dont mind load.. NAV 19.5c, if taken private.. can make a killing.. in 2014, unloaded GP hotels at offered 33c bought at 28c.. 15% profits.. more than 20k profits.. one of my memorable trade that year..

since it is a penny stock below $0.20 with little market participation interest, probably better off to lower expenses by delisting ?
probably need to hire pple with right expertise if they are considering to list in HK to raise capital,
I doubt it would happen probably it is not a familiar name in that market
developers who entered the right markets and projects are still making profits

The long n short is, after all the bonuses, 1 share blossomed into 8. I bought at 50c before the bonuses started. If I had held till now, wld still be better off. Ie, 50c becomes ard 1.12. Then add the GP Hotel shares given free somemore leh. Wasted, really .....

Fragrance Group purchased Waterloo Apartments under collective sale for $131million to erect hotel on the acquires site. I foresee some financial re-engineering for business expansions into a new class of hotels

A sad truth is that he is not afraid of disappointing shareholders. Because even all shareholders vote against him will also lost. He is holding all most near 90% of it, he himself is the biggest shareholder. What can the minority do? Only suck thumb and LL. Thus if you can just avoid don?t waste time on this counter. Just my 2 cents.
