If you had missed the boat, then move on and search for another potential privatisation target. There are another 700+ stocks to search in SGX.

Very attractive $2. It has risen from $1.2X w pple catching prior news.
The boss holds 90% of the shares and only 10% are free float for investors to buy. And many investors bought at sub $1 or around $1 range. Of course we would want more, if possible, but this offer $2 is final offer.
Not attractive anough leh. Only 10% higher than last done price. Reject and huat higher .... Good luck
