Those shares sold in the placement plus the CEO sales is 15% of the total shares of the company. If people take profit on these shares that is a lot of selling.

Waiting at 70 cents
I always thought the strong positive share price reaction to the placement was a bit weird. Not saying the company itself is overvalued but the market reaction to that seemed wrong. Perhaps the price deflating back to where it should have been looking for support before coming back up.
