Shareholders ask EGM to remove CEO and ED and answer bad investments share awards and issue happen quickly after. Very obvious tactic. Now EGM to change auditor from EY to RSM, why.? why ? why?
Very very smelly. Li Hua come from nowhere Sunmax and become CEO. He must have control shares but cannot find disclosures. Very very smelly.
Unfortunately the volume is so low...
The company is still making loss and no good news...
Today up 6.4c ( 60.95% )to 16.9c.
Recommended when just under 10c.
This Co' s fortune like changing for the better other than its poor investment on Huan Hsin shares,
Grossly undervalued....NAV 63.7c
Cld be signal lai liao.
Company is moving in the right direction to diversify its business scope.Acquiring properties and marine/industrial machinery equiment.These businesses are small but profit making and properties are bought at below market valuation.(Refer to SGX announcement).
Px have been moving like clock work.On Monday trading,likely to see sell on news.
If it is supported,I can assume what CEO has in mind.
Cld be good news.Px closed at near max 6c(20%) yesterday as predicted.
Obviously insider with infor taken action.

Rise(20%?) cld be capped ard this range for the day or max 23/24%.
No extra-ordinary news to support high px rise.Only see Co desperate to buy back probably due to time frame to complete the deal.
At least this co look better in paper than MMP Res.

dun know got any cash issues...USP bot a lot of HUANHSIN shares at quite high values
Vol picking up....probably see more action coming weeks.
Excellent. Today go up a few pips again with no signs of reversal. They bought Huan Hsien shares. Wondering what is so good at this Huan Hsien. Anyway what matter most is the price keep going up.

5.02m buy queue at $0.068 and 1.38m selling at $0.069.
The question is what is next ?
29 Mar 15 coy buy back 2 232 100 M shares @67c
Coy also announced their stake in Huan Hsin has increased to 16.18%.
27 Mar 15 coy buy back 378 000shares @66c.
Still going strong with no pull so far.
