Board?) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a share consolidation (the ?Proposed Share Consolidation?) of every one hundred (100) ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the?Shares?) registered in the name of each shareholder of the Company.
318,784,411 Consolidated Shares.
pari passu in all respects with each other, and will be traded in board lots of 1,000 Consolidated Shares.

Sorry no offence. Actually the reason why most of us playing short on Sunmoon and still incurring interests, yet refused to let it go up is because we don't like some people in Sunmoon.

I am seeing Sunmoon to sail past 0.003 then to 0.050 within 2 quarters of reporting. Hope my " futurescope" is accurate. Lol
What's more amazing is they have already cleared their debts. Imagine now they no longer need to pay anymore interest. hehehehehe
OK, I want to stop scolding SUNMOON from now on unless necessary. Lol.
Look they started to make money, and the latest announcement says they made a profit of more than $11 Million Singapore Dollars. Wah, that is great!!

Not much trading, buyers and sellers in a state of impasse. No side giving way. Sellers not willing to throw and buyers not willing to grab.
What is listing for? Close down and distribute the assets better,.. maybe can fetch higher prices, whahahaha!

No, not switching. Still for Sunmoon, but not for directors who did nothing to restore confidence. Yayayaya!!
