14mil+ trade done at 0.615 but stock price stagnant Hedge fund trying to find price where retail would sell. It a slow climb from bottom. Don worry too much abt 1h in aug it anchor by 2 cent dividend.

They don buy but they hedge on it aka short for insurance. Casino business is ATM they never lose mobey just expense control. Currently MBS enjoy cake on good connectivity and genS kana whacked by gov on 2 year provisional licence. Circleline completion in jul would even out connectivity Renewal licence at year end .
