Based on the latest news today, not too sure whether should we be happy or not... issues lot and lot of shares at 0.0005... the moment those new shareholders sell it at 0.001, they already profited. I would hope at least they have a lock in period : (
depend how u define game over... if ur game over is 100% capital loss... then might not b the case...the latest news is tml got a court hearing.. given that there might b a possible reverse takeover... most likely u will not lose 100% capital but still do not expect to recover alot bcos they also mentioned that if the reverse takeover is executed... a large dilution of equity will occurs... so still prepare to lose ard up to 90% of your captial.. or even more... dpend on the hearing...
So is game over for this baby liao right?

I'm not really an expert.. But I would just like to tell u that b prepared to lose 100% of your capital in advance SCT... The management basically transfer almost everything except for their Singapore entity to their creditors to so called clear the debt. They r almost gonna b a shell company... I have yet to c any reason why any investors would wanna put money on this company... Mayb they do see some potential within the management that I couldnt see.. Nevertheless I do hope they can survive and revive again... I don't deny that I'm vested and stuck in the same situation as u

Now we can only hope that the creditors are okay to solution provided by Advance SCT... which i dont think they will thou... i guess the best is to prepare that we will lose 100% of what u invested in ... anything extra will b a bonus...
