Big box= big action soon.
Singapore is indeed getting more and more expensive. Only womenfolk and caregivers would know. Am caregiver to 2 old folks dad 94 and mom 87yrs. If any shopping centre can help us save money would appreciate much. Actually emailed TT to thank them for their good work! One good turn deserves another. Hope BIG BOX will make lots of money for their kind intention.

Just to share about The Big Box. Been there on the first day and found the whole concept pretty interesting compared with other boring common shopping centres all selling the same items. I found an organic fruit juice for my interrupted sleep, which I have been searching in all the supermarkets in sg but I couldnt find, but I found it there! I was so happy! Also found good quality diapers for my dad which is so much cheaper than all other supermarkets or pharmacies! I am so grateful. The quality of the furniture is good and pretty unique. Will go there buy if I have a new home. Thank you Big Box for the diapers and the fruit juice, help me save alot of money and am sleeping better these days! Wish you lots of success and prosperity! Appreciate your new concept and especially lower prices! Help us save in so expensive Sg (my dads diapers from $6.50 jumped to $8.50 per packet within a month at nhg pharmacy! Ridiculous!) The budget diapers i buy at ntuc though cheap smells of newspaper. How can I use that for my dad?

I just came back from BigBox. I don' t think I want to go there again. Nothing compared to the other professinally managed shopping malls.
Wait it drop to 0.10 then long. Tp is 0.20 after cny.
they are not in this line of managing shopping centre. should look out to sell better.
the traffic looks good now. if they need to maintain traffic just give some space to shen shiong sure can work for a while.
if they can find a big tenant like IKEA, ok then ..ok, can consider buy, as will generate steady rental income.
but if they use it to promote their Akira and Barang Barang brands, then i will pass.
RETAILERS IN SINGAPORE to be honest are not really doing very well. " those were the days" .....
Look at Isetan, their Wisma or was it ?...they are planning to sub-lease it....
You go to Centrepoint, used to be HOT, but now...Robinsons still there ? Doing ok ? I am not too sure.
I saw people hanging around cafes, but shopping ? not very crowded at the stores .

Many contra player trade this stock today. I believe big player will wait 1 or 2 weeks before push up to 0.30. May go down to 0.16 again due to force selling on T+5 next week.
