The placement price of 4.3 cents is a discount of more than 50% from the trading price of 10 cents.
After this, there will be the MTP ruling which requires a consolidation of the share to meet the MTP price, unless the company can get SGX to allow them to make an application that may or may not be approved.
 

 

Never happened.   Two years passed by, but no sign of consolidation of 10 to 1 yet. However, it might come after the placement of 4.3 cents per share.   Don' t know why they placing at 4.3 cents?   That is more than 50% of the trading price now.   Not nice.   Bad feeling leh.

It may go for another round of consolidation.   Crazy company.   Should sell and use money to buy other counters below 5 cents threoretically making a small profit. Lol.
