If ESR team, with much larger portfolio, can get their result out, don't see why Viva can't. Unit holder need to see result performance to judge share swap fairness. Something is very wrong. SGX should sent them a query.

Viva mgt truly disappoint it's unit holders. Month end coming yet not even a notification of when result releases is going to happen. This is really getting ridiculous and they got a Singapore Governance & Transparency Index of 64.9. Should be much less !
ESR reit result already released prior to merger finalisation. What' s holding back Viva 😤

Beside the 1Q dpu, hope to see additional Advance Distribution before new ESR/Viva merged share allocation to existing Viva shareholders. 😉
