Hi bro,...yes, just got into position today. Saw the income and the confidence of the manager here. US properties are being added into the portfolio too. Need to diversify into hospitality REITs too.

Have decided to enter into position in Ascott today. US properties are beginning to contribute to dividend payouts.
good finish today at 1.125
Looks like Ascott will bounce back

Still waiting for the rebound
Result out on Tuesday with 6mths of dividend to be pay out
Strong bound. Target 1.2
Traded flat. still expect to bounce back
Result out on 26 Jan before market open
Ascott at P/B of 0.82
Oversold now, to bounce back
