Why not? If they can offer a good price say $0.60 (not saying they would just an example) most will sell.
Even at $0.60 they are still buying an unvalued asset of $0.97 for $0.60.
They may not suceed to delist but they would probably increase their stalk by quite a fair bit.
After 1 year or whnever they want again, they can try again. Isn' t this what OCBC is doing for GE?

Hi everyone,
The current book NAV is approximately $0.98, but given market rates, potential new developments, the possible GulTech IPO, REITs listing, and other value-unlocking opportunities, the RNAV should be significantly higher&mdash well above $1.00.
Has anyone done a rough estimation or computation of this? If so, could you share your insights here?

Comgratulation! It is a strong closure today. Frankly, TS' s business performance not impressive. However, the NAV is very high, almost $1 against the current share price (31.5cts), after Japfa and SLB..... potentially a GO? the question may then be, what offer price is reasonable?

What I find noteworthy is that there are new highs set each day, and the volumes are growing.

If can see $0.32 clear today would be positive for this stock as the volume is pretty hugh at 5.4 mil and tradin g at day high !

I don' t mind if it moves like Japfa from $0.21 to $0.51 before the eventual offer haha.
