Look at the following requirement. Is there any doubt if HLF meets it, apart from anything else which might impact its chances of being granted a dfb licence. My guess is HLF might not even apply.
Companies headquartered in Singapore and controlled by Singaporeans will be able to apply for digital full bank licences.

This is in addition to any digital banks that may be established by Singapore banking groups under the existing internet banking framework that was introduced in 2000.
There will also be up to three digital wholesale bank licences, which will allow licensees &ldquo to serve SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and other non-retail segments&rdquo

MAS to issue up to 5 e-banking licences. So, don' t rule out HL Finance thing up with a foreign player for it. If successful, the stock price will surge.
Stabalised that is good.
Still above $2.70
Fact is, that it' d drop anyway, disregarding what anyone says.

Just look at the inordinate px movements in so many stocks (up or down) n frentic activities during the final 15 minutes of trading. Were these usual everyday happenings in the mkt?
