Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meanings as the circulars released on 9 March 2021 ( the &ldquo Circular&rdquo ) and dated 30 April 2021 (&ldquo Apr Circular&rdquo ), the Company&rsquo s announcements dated 18 November 2019, 19 February 2020, 25 February 2020, 3 March 2020, 12 May 2020, 29 May 2020, 30 June 2020, 6 July 2020, 15 July 2020, 30 July 2020, 31 August 2020, 7 September 2020, 18 September 2020, 30 September 2020, 6 October 2020, 30 October 2020, 21 November 2020, 30 November 2020, 8 December 2020, 9 December 2020, 28 December 2020, 31 December 2020, 22 January 2021, 31 March 2021, 27 April 2021, 28 April 2021, 4 May 2021, 25 May 2021 and results announcements dated 30 April 2020 and 21 October 2020 and 27 February 2021 (collectively the &ldquo Previous Announcements&rdquo )(&ldquo Previous Disclosures&rdquo ).
The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Alpha DX Group Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to its Previous Disclosures and would like to announce that the Company had completed the Proposed Disposal on 25 May 2021 and the Company has ceased to be a mineral, oil and gas company thereafter.
The Company had also submitted the fulfilment of the Resumption of Trading Conditions to the SGX-ST. Save for the above and for matters already announced, there have been no other further material developments. In accordance with Catalist Rule 704(22), the Company will continue to update its shareholders via SGXNet regarding the financial situation of the Company and its subsidiaries.
The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the Company carefully. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company. Shareholders and potential investors who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers.

Consolidating of 40 shares to 1 share. Ex date on 25 Mar 2021.
Which means if previous holding 40000 -> now it will become 1000 shares?

Comparing to before it was suspended, the price stood at 3.1 cents which is equivalent to $1.24 post consolidation, it should open below $1.20 when trading starts. Just my guess......
