Seatrium Completes Crescent Yard Divestment

Singapore, 11 March 2026 &ndash Seatrium Limited (&ldquo Seatrium&rdquo , or the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to its earlier announcement dated 23 February 2026 in relation to the divestment of its Crescent Yard in Singapore.

The Group wishes to announce that the divestment has been completed on 11 March 2026.

This divestment, together with other non-core asset divestments disclosed in the earlier announcement, is expected to deliver over S$50 million in annualised cost savings upon completion.

Extracted from the ST article - These stocks were not spared from the market plunge today.

Analysts at Citi Research noted on March 3 that certain sectors have historically shown resilience or even a mildly positive relationship with rising oil prices.
Specifically, OCBC Bank, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding, Keppel, SATS and City Developments were identified as top picks for the next six to 12 months.
