Seems the recent buy back by major share holders are supporting the price to float above 76 cents . Short term may move up to test 80 cents

Their distribution network is really quite worldwide. No wonder Sam Goi named his company " Number One" (translated from the Chinese name of his comapny). No surprise that he is a billionaire.

Many rich folks in the Forbes list made their names as business owners being top or at least well known in the industry they serve. Think Bill Gates and Microsoft (Computer and computer software industry), think Warren Buffett and Berkshire hathaway (Investment industry), think Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook (Social media industry), think Wee Cho Yaw and UOB and UIC (Banking and property industries), think Ng Teng Fong and Far East Organisation (Property Industry), think Sam Goi and Tee Yih Jia Group (Food and Beverage Industry), think Akio Toyoda and Toyota Motors (Automobile industry). Different industries these rich folks and their businesses serve, but all are accomplished businesses in different industries that make their founders and their descendants rich.

How many popiahs do Singaporeans eat everyday to make this guy billions of dollars, for crying out loud  !!!!!??????  LOL

Popiah King Sam Goi is certainly one of the richest Singaporeans having a net worth in terms of billionaires. His own food manufacturing company is also in the food and beverage industry even though he does not sell coffee. His specialty is manufacturing and selling frozen popiah skins.

He already is a substantial shareholder of Super Group. He is adding to his amount of shares boosting it up to now 15.09% of total outstanding shares of Super Group. Maybe there is something brewing here? A takeover in future? Some plans for his company to work together with Super Coffee Group in future? I don' t know.

We need to bear in mind that Sam Goi has been a long term shareholder of Super Coffee Group having bought some Super Group shares at much lower prices well below $0.50 per share when Super Group was still starting. So even if he buys more shares at current price of around $0.75 to $0.77 range, his average holding price of Super Group' s shares I believe may well be still lower than current traded price.

So, his transaction activities are catered to his own individual needs and situation.  We need to be careful not to think he only holds Super Group shares at current prices of around $0.70 to $0.80 range. This is because that will be a misjudgment for us to follow suit and buy more shares at current traded price thinking if it is cheap for a substantial shareholder, it must be cheap for all to buy at a similar traded price. As such, we need to be independent thinkers. Always do our own due diligence (DOODD). =)

super is not doing well compared to previous years. We need to compare apple to apple. In my own opnion the current price is still overvalue. Popiah king is rich so to him current price is cheap. For not rich people like us, current price is expensive. I will wait for price to drop further before buying

Supergroup used to be a cornered stock. I traded it from $1.30 on and off till last sold around $4.80 after the bonus issue news. This is a good company but like others it has enjoyed a good ride up the stock price for its earnings.
