How much per share then? Above 4 to under 5?

With recent bullish land bids the worth of UE can only go higher.

Ever since they announced that Perrenial was picked to submit the binding takeover offer, I noticed that the daily volume also increased.

Hmm not sure abt the V1 V2 AND V3 companies they incorporated. I dont think so. Probably if perennial gets UEL it could be with kuok group and kerry holdings. They bidded as a consortium before starting those 3 companies right?

At this stage.....even someone will to come up with a better deal, OCBC will still give Perrenial the first right of refusal to match the offer. Therefore Perrenial can be said to be the frontrunner for this deal or the chosen one by OCBC. If that is the case.....then I believe that they had offer a competitive and top price and OCBC has accepted it. Now the devil is in the details of the official binding offer and the approval of the authority. Unless someone want to be seen as unprofessional in doing business at this late stage, lol 😂

It is also a concern if the deal is benefiting to the general small investors. Will it be listed or delisted in the aftermath?
If a final offer given and satisfy OCBC, will there be a dark horse lurking in the background, making this episode a sparkling one.
If Perrenial or Company X offers, will it all cash or part shares?

Can expect this deal is nearer to the final close since OCBC has announced that Perennial was chosen to the deal meaning they were given the right to submit their final official binding offer....so compared to the GLP this should be closer to being done. Therefore the offer price should be known and tenderatively accepted by OCBC.

Agreed.....they better get the deal confirmed or end up paying more for it ( like shooting their own feet ) becoz as the premium narrowed, expectations increase.

share price creeping up. Perennial need to offer soon if not the offer price premium would narrow.

For sure perennial isnt the only one. I think samling, perennial, mulpga etc still in talks.

everyone wants the deal to be concluded asap. Is there a bidding war now? If Perennial is the only one / if they are the only one giving high price, how come OCBC nv close them yet? Hmmm

Noticed that this morning trading pattern is the opposite of yesterday.....opened and continued to trade downwards till $2.78 then did a small recovery back to $2.80 level but the price is generally weak. Volume is at a decent level.
