That's why even Koh only give 0.0001 or don't give dividend at all the 11.4% also LL!
Annual report 2014 says about 11.4% of issued ordinary shares held by public. I think that is also one   of the reason this is a boring stock.

1Q15 net profit dropped 32.2% to $16.4m, as revenue fell to $87.8m (-21.3%), weighed by both property development (-20.1%) and investment (-37.1%) segments as a result of lesser ongoing projects and absence of contribution from asset enhancement works at a property. Bottom line was dragged by a $1.1m share of losses from JV (1Q14: nil), offset by a positive change in fair value of investment property ($0.8m) compared to a loss in 1Q14. NAV/share of $0.146.
No movement for Fragrance this session, Very  boring stock !!!

Koh will do nothing to this fragrance as long as it's above 20 cents.

After LCD takeover , what is next for Fragrance Group.

IPO market in SGX is like a desert.
what did not go right ?

if a company is privatiized,
can one still raise capital easily to acquire oversea properties?
Dividend is taxed at company level which is better person income tax level ?
When is Mr. Koh going to privatize Fragrance now he has already own 84.938% of Fragrance ?

privatization is probably a good strategy to pursue as the outlook is uncertain for property sector in the next 3 years.
share price likely remain sub 20 cts as there is little or no retail interest.
the major share holders can continue to buy back shares at attractive price

who bought 1650 000 shares from the market at   $0.205   ?
How many % to go before privatization ?

look like LCD takeover has completely filled up the capacity of the management and they have no spare bandwidth
Current market conditions not favourable to list Australian Assets , likely will be shelved many quarters later......
2015 H2 ?
2016   ?
2017 ?
Quite imposssible
