Loss / Profit Before Taxation The Group registered a loss before tax of $1.7 million for Q3 2016 and a decline of 59.7% YOY for nine months of 2016. The decline was mainly due to lower gross profit and higher exchange loss as explained in (b) and (c) above. If the effect of the devaluation of Nigerian Naira was excluded from the gross profit ($1.5 million for the quarter and year-to-date) and the foreign exchange loss ($0.3 million for the quarter and $1.5 million for year-to-date), the Group would have been profitable for the quarter and registered a profit before taxation of $7.3 million for nine months of 2016.

Back to pre CEO retire news level. Expect to see Q3 anytime now. Past record showed Q3 normally released in earlier Nov. Now considered overdue.

CEO old-timer with coy. Normally a long serving mgmt leaves, especially the leader, it cause some jitter to the share price. It was also coupled with overall bad market sentiment yesterday due to EZRA. Also no reason was stated initially, it cause market to speculate. Today, they statred the reason which I believe helps a bit. Well yesterday might be the last chance to grab some cheap bargain before it explore for Q3+spec div.....wasted.

Why does the share price fall when the CEO retires?
Seems like the shock from EZRA subsiding. Now see when will reaction from CEO resigncation subside.
Can wait for below 70 to hoot. Still holding some at 64. Kekeke.

Ceo is staying till April 2018...its opportunity to hoot...coy is doing well....
Wondering how much of the decline is due to CEO leaving and how much due to EZRA spillover effects (not related but is overall market sentiment)?

Cos fundamentals remain the same. They have another Co insider as interim CEO. No issues here...good time to buy some and keep who have holding power.
