FULL REPAYMENT OF SHORT TERM LOAN
The Board of Directors (the ?Board?) of the Company refers to its announcement dated 8
August 2013 and 31 December 2013, relating to the Company?s acceptance of a S$2 million
short-term loan from a private investment company (the ?Loan?).
The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has repaid the Loan in full, having made a
partial repayment of S$1 million on 31 December 2013 and a second repayment of S$1 million
as well as all outstanding interest on 15 January 2014.

LISTING AND QUOTATION OF 584,375,930 NEW ORDINARY SHARES
COMPLETION OF SUBSCRIPTION
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms and references used herein shall bear the
same meanings as ascribed to them in the Company's announcements dated 28 October
2013 and 24 December 2013.
Further to the Company?s announcements dated 24 December 2013, the Board of Directors
of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 3 January 2014 allotted and
issued an aggregate of 584,375,930 new ordinary shares in relation to the engagement of
Lim & Tan Securities Pte Ltd to subscribe for and/or procure the subscription of these new
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
The new ordinary shares are expected to be listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST at 9.00
a.m. on 7 January 2014.

Remember someone said.......... underwriters normally borrow the shares and short them before they subscribe for the shares from the issuing client....this is called hedging.
