Wrong la..?Ý?¤?¾?¤?Chave u ever see take over that benefits the minorities? Almost ALL the owner who wants to delist their company all bully minorities one la.. recent case like Aztech, Tee Land etc...
Those rich man can become millionaires or even billionaires not by been kind hearted when doing business...
The only way minorities will benefit is when there is 3rd party/parties carrying out HOSTILE bidding..

One thing is that Chua is very concerned about his reputation and standing in the Chinese community. He will not want to be seen to be an opportunist and bully the weak minorities. Since he already owns so much of Ho Bee, I think he will not be stingy.

If there is a hefty revaluation profit from R18 and also Robinson Point - possible for NTA to shoot pass 90cents towards $1 - can or not?
Tuan Sing majority only holds slightly over 50percent - they will find it very hard to delist - unless they do something like buy through friendly parties and then do an off-Market trade. Etc. But this will Be easily detected by SGX and they will be fried. So less likely.
