I?m looking at 60-70cents leading to the completion of R18 towards Q3 2018 - but it will be a slow steady climb I think. Not like a shooting star type.

I wonder if anyone  noticed the pattern some two years back - for months and months, the price range was stuck narrowly between 28-29cts, and every day at the close, it was like 100% certain that someone would sell down a small amount to the bid price. So every day, almost either flat or in the red.  I figured that someone was accumulating or scooping. But, how to prove? Anyway, luckily I thought it was a good time to buy too...LOL.

If u realised TS pattern, touched high..den will ding dong 1-3 bids within price range.
If you are not trader, den sell high buy back lower and wait to clear next higher range.
If not, just wait for surprise lo.. haha

A lot of interest and momentum in TS now - any unexpected good news like better profits, higher dividend or developments like a REIT, new property purchase or Batam development news will send this share price ballistic me thinks..DYODD
Basically SGX wont protect minorities.. they can' t.
U invest u better prepare for individual companies' management especially family owned ones to be more gungho.

Haha, actually, I was hoping that TH cld potentially go back to $1.  But looks like minorities are always having their shares snatched from them for a song  when value is just returning (Vard another classic example).  Why doesn' t RN take CSC pte also.  But obviously TH is really the fat one.  Sadly, this is the local mkt where there are nearly 1000 stocks listed, but mostly languishing, waiting for daylight robbery to exact more pain on minorities.

Any time a global asset stripper just comes in to offer big time price to the majorities, this can be taken out.  Only was very very worried the majorities would have tried to acquire all and delist at ridiculous low price. Now so much attention is focussed on TS, doubt it can happen or minorities will ever accept or pass an SOA or EGM to delist.

Then, let' s compare with GE Life.  D yield < 2%.  But px now > 30/share.

Actually - I' ve seen all their SG comercial properties with my own 2 eyes, the R18, Robinson Point, Sime Darby Centre, The Oxley, Hyatt Melbourne/Perth.  Its worth a lot more than the 77cts NTA for sure.  These TS Indon are smart savvy investors who know how to buy FREEHOLD land cheap.  What always worried me was the inability to complete R18 and going bust during a market collapse.  Or beign acquired cheap by majorities  during a market crises.  But, that doesn' t look at all likely anymore.
