Net gearing was 0.12 times as at 31 December 2023 compared to 0.26 times as at 31 December 2022.

unlike bonus issue, the share price goes up after the annoucement. Price adjusted on XB technically, after that cheong up again.....
when come to share consolidation, share holer is 100% losing money. I have seen many times after the consolidation, the price is up but your asset probally halved. for this instant, 9 cents x 20 shares = $1.80 per share, after listing, it alway less than $1.

I do agree normally share consolidation is viewed negatively. However for Seatruim' s case I veiw it differently. They have to reduce the size of total float in order to attract more foreign fund to be interested. What' s the most important now is for the company to start reporting good profit and the confident of investor will come back. Now the sentiment for this counter is at rock bottom. Winning new contracts alone is not sufficient. Must show good profit to win back investor.

i have a feeling many are losing faith and hope in seatrium integrity.
RAISED RIGHTS twice and they cant raised for third time, that why they can ask for market consolidation.
its time to bring this up to parliament meeting.

Never see shares with share consolidation news ever goes up.
Only go lower and lower till closing date.

Assuming $100,000,000 profit per annum
Consolidated shares: 3.41 b
Annual accretive to NAV: 0.0293 per share add to existing 1.88 will be $1.91 per share or 0.0955 now
EPS worse why because it will be 64 times PE at $100m profit. Go do your sums to check if I am correct

After consolidation, the number of shares should be around 3.412B. Hope I am correct ....
To those who borrowed shares to short sell do they need to buy back b4 the consolidation shares happen?
